Aazaadee celebrates the small, the unique, and the powerful spirit that lies within each of us. I chose the name Aazaadee because it means freedom — the freedom to express, to create, and to simply be. It stands for embracing individuality and finding strength in authenticity. At Aazaadee, we believe that true beauty comes from honoring our own unique journeys. Every creation is a reminder that freedom is not just a right, but a way of life.

This Is Me
My name is Clarisse and I have travelled all over the world. I thrive in bustling markets, from Cusco, to Jaipur and have fallen in love over and over again with different handicrafts and the people that make them.
But I have always returned to Cornwall, my home. And I never knew how to lay down my own roots, on my own terms, without feeling trapped or stifled.
Then I realised; I could bring together some of the beautiful things, and beautiful people that have made my own journey so magical.
And so.. Aazaadee was born. A little dream, a little shop. I started designing my own clothing, one off pieces, lots of reversible wear. Something a little different.

Once I began designing my own clothes, I never looked back. Each year I travel to India to share new ideas, and to work closely with my team, to bring these creations back to Cornwall.
Our Goal
Everyone in the world is unique, special, and deserving of celebration and support. I believe it’s important to recognize and honor the individuality of each person, embracing the qualities that make them who they are. That’s why I am committed to working closely with people I know and trust, building strong, meaningful relationships along the way. At the same time, I am passionate about preserving traditional practices and values, ensuring they continue to thrive in our fast-changing world. Through this balance, we can create a future that respects the past while embracing new possibilities.
